SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouses through express or regular delivery service from one of our shipping service providers.

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received the order and started the preparation procedures. In order to keep you informed of all the latest updates on your order, we will send an email containing the tracking number. Use the number to track the shipment status. You can track the order progress by logging into your account or clicking on the shipping company's tracking number sent in the email. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at customercare@madambihter.com or chat online with our customer service representative in Arabic or English from Sunday to Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm IST Time.

All goods are displayed on the website with the estimated delivery time for each. We aim to deliver your order with as few shipments as possible. However, please be aware that in some cases goods may be delivered separately.
 
One of our shipping service providers will deliver your order directly to your door or business within the usual working hours and days in your country.

In most cases, one of our shipping service providers will contact you to arrange a delivery date for the shipment.

Shipping Charges:

The shipping price of an order varies according to the country, the type of shipping, and the value of the order, You can find out the shipping rates before CHECKOUT.
 
Delivery charges cover the delivery service only. Madam Bihter does not bear any customs duties imposed by your country.

Customs Duties:

Some countries impose customs duties and taxes on the import of goods from abroad. Customs duties and taxes are paid by the customer because customs duties vary from one country to another. You may be contacted by one of our shipping service providers to obtain a copy of your ID in order to complete customs procedures.
 

Return & Exchange Policy

We thank you for your purchase from our store, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at Customercare@madambihter.com to ask about return details, then place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then following Returns Information:

EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.


Please note that cannot be returned:
● Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or missing items that came with them such as belts or authenticity cards not be accepted.
● Offers and Gifts items.
● Finale Sale items.
● Colors: Although we have made every effort to display colors as accurately as possible for the products on Madam Bihter website, computer monitors vary in how they display colors and we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the colors accurately.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your store wallet statement,. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
As we pay duties and taxes directly to the government on arrival, we are unable to refund any duties or taxes for any returned items.
The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount
